Phase 1 includes Block A, a 46-story serviced apartment suite with 374 units, and Block B, a 44-story serviced apartment suite with 356 units. Additionally, there is an 11-story podium that features 2 levels of amenity facilities (Levels 1 and 2), 2 levels of commercial spaces and amenities (Lower Ground and Ground Levels), 10 levels of parking spaces (Levels LG1 to LG10), and a sewage treatment plant (STP) on Level LG11. Phase 2 comprises Block C, a 44-story serviced apartment suite with 356 units, and Block D, a 46-story serviced apartment suite with 374 units, along with 2 levels of amenity facilities on Levels 1 and 2.
