The project proposes road and drainage infrastructure for four 22-story apartment blocks, divided into two phases. Phase 1 includes two 15-story medium-cost apartment blocks (360 units) with a rooftop garden on a 7-level podium housing parking, public facilities, and six parking levels. Phase 2 features two 15-story high-cost apartment blocks (300 units) with similar amenities and parking. The development also includes a waste disposal house, guardhouse, and multi-level external roads for efficient access.
