This project involves the development of Plot 8, comprising two serviced apartment blocks with 38 floors (528 units) and 41 floors (615 units). The development includes a rooftop garden and water level, as well as amenities located on the 1st and 2nd floors. It is built on a 7-level podium that houses serviced apartments, parking spaces (levels P4-P7), additional parking spaces (P1-P3), and facilities on level P1. Furthermore, there are 4 lower ground levels for parking with commercial facilities on lower ground levels 1 and 2, as well as 2 basement levels for parking. The overall development also includes 20 office tower blocks (28-49 floors), 5 serviced apartment blocks (39-49 floors) with 1,060 units and SOHO (1,158 units), 6 serviced apartment blocks (43-47 floors) with 2,326 units and affordable serviced apartments (1,854 units), a 1-story auditorium block, and spaces for commercial, hotel, private education, and related facilities.
