Another mixed development by Berjaya Golf Resort Berhad which consists of 2 blocks of 32 storeys service apartment, 2 blocks of 7 shop office with 5 level of shopping center and 10 level of carpark. This job involves deep excavation of up to 15m below existing ground with part of the retaining wall designed as diaphragm wall (contractor’s alternative) and other parts are designed as permanent soil nailed wall with steep gradient of cut slope. The foundation system is bored pile with various sizes ranging from 600mm to 2000mm in diameter and 312 nos in total. For the smaller pile, 150mm diameter micropile is adopted in the design. Periodically, the reading of preinstalled inclinometer and ground settlement markers will be monitored throughout the entire period of construction.
