The project involves the demolition of the Tun Razak Badminton Complex, hostel, and surau to construct the Pangsapuri Suites, which will be completed in two phases. Phase 1 includes two residential blocks: Block A with 54 floors comprising 808 units and two levels of retail and lobby spaces at the ground and first floors, and Block B with 53 floors comprising 685 units and similar retail and lobby facilities. Additionally, Phase 1 features a 10-story parking podium (Podium A) equipped with residential and recreational amenities on its top floor (Level 11). Phase 2 consists of three residential blocks: Block C with 54 floors and 752 units, Block D with 53 floors and 793 units, and Block E with 54 floors and 646 units, all including two levels of retail and lobby spaces at the ground and first floors. This phase also incorporates a 10-story parking podium (Podium B) with residential and recreational facilities on its top floor (Level 11).
