MH platinum is a mixed-development project consists of buildings with 39 and 40 stories, along with a basement level below the road. The development includes an 8-story podium and a basement level that accommodates 16 units of commercial/office spaces (strata-titled), recreational facilities, parking spaces, and one unit for Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB). Additionally, the project comprises four apartment blocks with a total of 1,810 units. Block A, Block B, and Block C each feature 31-story Pangsapuri Suite apartments with 418 residential units per block, including one level of recreational facilities. Block D consists of 32 stories and houses 556 affordable housing units, also including one level of recreational facilities.
