Block B will consist of a 37½-story hotel, offering 391 guest rooms from levels 13 to 36, along with five levels of amenities located on levels 11 to 13, 30, and 35. Block C will be a 60-story condominium suite tower, housing 490 residential units from levels 13 to 58, with two levels of facilities on levels 58 and 59. The development will also include an 8-level underground car park and a dedicated level for motorcycle parking, ensuring comprehensive parking solutions for residents, guests, and office tenants.
