Phase B features a 37-story serviced apartment block (Block A) consisting of 405 units on Levels 7 to 43, an eight-level parking area spanning from LG3 to P5, and recreational facilities situated on Levels 2 to 6 and the rooftop. Phase C involves another 37-story serviced apartment block (Block B), also comprising 405 units on Levels 7 to 43. This phase includes recreational facilities on Levels 6 and the rooftop, along with a single unit for building signage.
