The project involves demolishing six existing buildings ranging from 4 to 8 stories and constructing two new condominium blocks with a total of 354 units at Lot 263, Section 89A, Jalan Ampang Hilir, Kuala Lumpur, for Paramount Property (Cityview) Sdn Bhd. Block A will consist of 43 stories and 342 units, including a lobby on Level 1, condominium units on Levels 5 to 47, facilities and M&E rooms on Level 48, and additional facilities on Level 49. Block B will be a 7-story villa block with 12 units, comprising condominium units on Levels 1 to 3A and additional units on Levels 6 to 8. An 8-story podium block will house a lobby, facilities, a management office, parking spaces, and M&E rooms on Level 1, with additional parking on Levels 2 to 7 and facilities on Level 8. The development will also include a basement parking area and two guardhouses.
