The proposed redevelopment project involves replacing an existing multipurpose hall, warehouse, and depot with an integrated commercial development. The project includes the construction of: (i) one sub-basement level for parking and mechanical services, (ii) Block A, a 41-storey building comprising commercial spaces and the main lobby on the ground floor, commercial spaces on Level 1, and 466 serviced apartment units from Levels 2 to 40, (iii) Block B, another 41-storey building with a similar configuration to Block A, featuring commercial spaces, the main lobby, and 466 serviced apartment units, and (iv) a 10-storey podium housing parking spaces, commercial areas, mechanical service rooms, a guardhouse, and recreational facilities for the serviced apartments on Level 9.
