The proposed amendment to the approved plan dated 13 June 2022 (Reference: BP S1 OSC 2022 0534) involves modifications to Phase III of the commercial center development under Parcel B. This includes two commercial blocks (Block C and Block D). Block C will feature six levels of parking across Basement Levels 6, 4A, 2, 1, Ground Level, and Mezzanine Ground Level, along with commercial spaces comprising a private food plaza and parking on Basement Level 4, and partial parking on Basement Level 3. Additionally, Block C includes a main lobby and one commercial unit on the Ground Level, another commercial unit on the Mezzanine Ground Level, one commercial unit on Level 1, a facilities floor on Level 2, 32 office floors (247 units) spanning Levels 3 to 33A, 23 private utility rooms on Levels 12 and 26-33A, and two mechanical and electrical (M&E) floors on Levels 35-36. Block D mirrors similar features with a main lobby and one commercial unit on the Ground Level, another commercial unit on the Mezzanine Ground Level, one commercial unit on Level 1, a facilities floor on Level 2, 36 office floors (36 units) spanning Levels 3 to 38, and two M&E floors on Levels 39-40. The project also incorporates parts of a pedestrian bridge at Basement Level 1, connecting to the existing development on Lot 481925 (formerly Lot PT9544), and at the Ground Level, connecting to Phase II on Lot 481716 and the existing parking structure within the Bangsar South development. Additional private foyers and utility rooms are proposed on Basement Levels 4 and 2, respectively.
