The Proposed development consists of 3 blocks 30 storey Tower of SOHO unit located at Cyberjaya. This is contractor’s proposal of design and build which comprises two types of foundation pile, bored pile, and caisson pile. Most of the columns are supported using bored pile, excepted those located at the shallower bedrock level which is caisson pile that can gain full benefit from the end bearing capacity. The total number of bored piles is 473 nos and caisson pile is 15 nos. This package of work includes the construction of the lowest basement slab as well which require 11 months to complete and hand over to main building contractor.
