The proposed development aims to transform the existing site by replacing the current office, factory, and warehouse structures with a modern, purpose-built logistics centre. At the heart of the development will be a six-storey warehouse featuring office space on the mezzanine floor to support administrative and operational functions. A two-storey cafeteria building, which includes a surau and public restrooms, will provide essential amenities for staff and visitors. To ensure safety and smooth operations, the plan also includes two guardhouses, a fire control room, and a refuse depot. Supporting infrastructure such as a single-storey 11kV TNB main switch station and two utility buildings will be developed to accommodate power and other essential services, enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of the entire facility.
