GEOHAN EQUIPMENT

Since 2016, Geohan Equipment's workshop in Bukit Beruntung, Selangor, spans 7 acres, housing a store, yard, and workshop. The workshop features six repair bays, including four for heavy machinery (bore piles, cranes, vibro hammers) and two for smaller equipment (excavators, compressors, gensets), plus a welding area with a 16-ton overhead crane.The store stocks machinery spare parts and site accessories to minimize repair delays, while the yard accommodates idle machines, components, and site equipment like tanks and caissons. To support sustainability, the plant operates 308 solar panels with a 100.1 kW capacity.

OUR MECHANICS

To strengthen our business, we establish a very strong workshop team to ensure the smooth sail of our operations. We constantly conduct in house trainings, as well as overseas trainings, to increase the competency of our workshop team. We believe that with such arrangements, we can bridge trust among ourselves, and provide job satisfaction to our workshop team, as emphasize by our dedicated employee who have been with us for years and many years to come.

MACHINERIES & EQUIPMENTS

In Geohan Equipment, we make sure our mechanics always prepared and in standby position. As a continuous improvement, every year we will send our mechanics for training with supplier or manufacturer such as Bauer, Kobelco, Airman etc.to make sure we received the latest information regarding the machines that we have. Other than that ,to keep our machines in the healthy condition and always ready for getting the job done, our maintenance department has developed the preventive maintenance schedule where all the services must be done in the interval times including the engine overhaul.

Rotary Boring Rig

Geohan operates a fleet of approximately 30 rotary boring rigs, most of which are manufactured by Bauer, a global leader in foundation engineering equipment. The fleet comprises various models ranging from BG 20 to BG 55, enabling us to execute a wide spectrum of foundation and geotechnical works efficiently and accurately. With their capability to achieve large drilling diameters and significant depths, these rigs are ideally suited for complex soil conditions and demanding project requirements.

Drilling Machine

Geohan is running approximately 20 drilling Machines used primarily for micropile , soil nail & ground anchor installations.

Crane (PCC/PRT/PTT)

Lifting is one of the crucial parts in the piling construction. Instead of renting externally, we provide lifting machines that consists of multiple types of cranes such as crawler crane, rough terrain crane and truck crane. The types of crane are utilized depending on construction conditions and our workshop has to manage and maintain a mix of approximately 31 units.

Excavator / Breaker

Geohan administers approximately 54 units excavators operating at project sites. For excavator, we mainly utilize Kobelco machines and most of them are SK200 model. We also possess SK130 and SK380 models whereby SK380 models have been mostly converted into hydraulic breakers.

Hydraulic Grab Machine

Geohan operates approximately 2 hydraulic grab machines to construct diaphragm wall and barrette piles. These machines are advanced hydraulic system designed for forming rectangular holes/trenches in soil to prepare for the installation of diaphragm walls.

Vibratory Hammer

we operate approximately 18 Vibratory Hammer.Used to install or remove temporary steel casing to or from excavated shaft during bored piling works and micropiling works.

Air Compressor

Air compressor are used in the project consist of micro piling, caisson and soil nails to supply air at high capacity for power tools. In Geohan, we have approximately 48 units of Airman air compressor that are continuously operating. Our air compressor supports the air delivery of 185cfm, 655cfm and 750cfm.

Generator Set

For generator sets, we have approximately 32 units currently providing electricity to machine, tools and site facilities. Same with air compressor, we possess mainly Airman brand. Our generator set supports the power supply of 25kVA, 45kVA and 60kVA.

WORKSHOP DEPARTMENT

Geohan Equipment Sdn Bhd (GESB) is the subsidiary of Geohan Group of Companies. The purpose of this subsidiary is to support the main business which is related to the piling and foundation construction at site. There are 7 departments in GESB that works daily in order to support the main business of our company.
