The projects involves an amendment to the previously approved planning permission for the construction of a mixed-use residential project on Lot PT 5224, Jalan SS 8/2, Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The revised proposal includes the construction of two 45-storey serviced apartment blocks (Block A and Block B), each comprising 483 units, with a landscaped facility floor on the rooftop, a 9-storey parking podium, two facility floors (ground floor and level 8), and four electrical substations (double chamber) on the ground floor. Additionally, the project features two 2-storey super-link serviced apartment blocks (Block C with 11 units and Block D with 9 units), one 3-storey super-link serviced apartment block (Block E with 7 units), and a guardhouse. This project, developed by Sunway Serene Sdn. Bhd., aims to provide modern, high-density residential facilities with ample parking and landscaped areas, enhancing the urban living experience in Kelana Jaya.
